Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Sign Hosting, operated by Mineshock Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Who can use Sign Hosting
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. As the account holder you are responsible for the servers you create and for any children who play on them under your supervision.
The service
We provide Minecraft server hosting with safety monitoring, including automated and AI-assisted chat moderation and parent alerts. Monitoring greatly reduces risk but is best-effort and not a guarantee — it cannot catch every harmful message, and you remain responsible for supervising your child's play.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and don't use it to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- You are responsible for content and conduct on the servers you manage.
Plans, billing & cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically.
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges.
Refunds
If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right. Outside of that, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable.
Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mineshock Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
