Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Sign Hosting is operated by Mineshock Ltd ("we", "us"). We provide Minecraft server hosting with built-in safety monitoring so parents can give their children a safer place to play. Protecting children's data is the core of what we do, so we keep this policy plain.

Information we collect

How we use it

Children's privacy

Sign Hosting is designed for parents and guardians to manage servers on behalf of their children. The account holder must be 18 or older and is responsible for obtaining any consent required for a child to use a server. We process children's chat and activity data solely to keep them safe — to detect harmful content and notify the responsible parent. We do not sell children's data and never use it for advertising or marketing.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of trusted processors, each only for its specific purpose:

We may also disclose data where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep account and safety data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards. You can delete chat history and your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can export or delete your data from the dashboard, or email privacy@signhosting.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfect, but we take protecting your family's data seriously.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
